As SEPH students, we have some insight into the best and most difficult times of this degree. That's why we've made a blog, where current and former students can write about their experiences at uOttawa, their hardships and victories, and their advice to the sephgsa community. Contact us if you have an idea for a piece and you could be published on our site!

 We are on the land of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg people. We honour the Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island and Inuit Nunangat who were here before us, had their land taken from them by force, and remain here in the present. First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples continue to fight for their lands and rights today, including the right to health care.
